This policy explains what personal information a1a2 inc. collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to every product listed on it.
Information we collect
- Order information. When you buy something, we receive your name, email address, shipping address, and the details of what you ordered.
- Payment information. Card details are entered on a payment page hosted by Stripe and are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Support correspondence. If you email us, we keep the message so we can answer it and refer back to it.
- Basic usage data. When you visit our sites we record the page viewed, the referring page, the browser type, and an approximate location derived from the IP address. We use this to understand which pages people find useful.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for any purpose other than operating and supporting the products you bought.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with the services that let us operate:
- Stripe processes payments and handles card data.
- Our hosting and database providers store order and site data.
- Shipping carriers receive the delivery address for physical orders.
We also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for seven years, which is the period Canadian tax rules require. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Usage data is kept for two years.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. Records we are legally required to retain, such as completed transactions, cannot be deleted before their retention period ends.

Cookies
Our sites use cookies only where they are needed to make a page work, such as keeping you signed in during checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
Some of our products cover youth sports, but our sites are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
