Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a product from a1a2 inc. or use one of our websites. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

a1a2 inc. is a corporation registered in Canada. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean a1a2 inc., and "you" means the person placing the order.

Orders and prices

• Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and do not include taxes or duties unless stated.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm the order by email.
• We may decline or cancel an order, including where an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains how to return an item or cancel a service.

Using our products safely

Pro Wrist 1 is training equipment. Use it as directed and stop if you feel pain. Consult a physician before starting any new training programme, particularly if you have an existing injury or medical condition. You are responsible for using the equipment appropriately and within your ability.

Services

For Player Sites and similar services, we build to the scope agreed with you. Content you supply remains yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it. Hosting continues while the monthly fee is paid and stops when it is cancelled.

Acceptable use

Do not use our sites to break the law, to interfere with their operation, or to scrape them at a volume that degrades service for others. We may suspend access where this happens.

Intellectual property

Our product names, site content, and software belong to us. Buying a product does not transfer any of those rights to you.

Warranties and liability

We provide our products with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that, and apart from rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded, our products are provided as they are. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not permit that limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [ADD: your province, e.g. Ontario] and Canada. Disputes will be heard by the courts of that province.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
